Public-private partnerships: the key to the circular economy: Genesis Biopartner in Timișoara
Genesis Biopartner participated in an event dedicated to the circular economy held in Timișoara, where discussions focused on practical solutions for developing environmental infrastructure in Romania.
During the conference, Horia Matei Bărdeanu, CEO of Genesis Biopartner, gave a presentation on the role of public-private partnerships in implementing functional systems for the management and recovery of biowaste.
The presentation highlighted how organic waste can be transformed from a problem into a resource through the production of renewable energy and organic fertilizer, within a model of applied circular economy.
The central message was clear: the development of environmental infrastructure is not achieved through theoretical concepts, but through collaboration between the public and private sectors and the implementation of efficient solutions that have already been validated in practice.
Following the conference, the discussion continued directly on-site. During a technical visit to the Genesis Biopartner biogas plant in Pișchia, participants had the opportunity to see firsthand how the circular economy works:
