Genesis Biopartner experience at Sustain Ability Conference

At the Sustain Ability - Leading Change conference, Stefan Tudorie, Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Biopartner, highlighted the challenges and obstacles facing the sustainability industry in Romania. "It's not easy to recycle in Romania and yes, it's not easy to make biogas," he noted, highlighting a number of issues such as lack of qualified staff, mentality and fluctuating legislation, confessing that in its 12 years of activity, the company has faced numerous challenges, including the lack of national legislation harmonized with the European one and the lack of implementing rules to the existing legislation.

Despite the challenges, we maintain our ambitious plans for the future. At the end of June we will inaugurate our second biogas plant and later this year we aim to break ground on two more plants. Our target is to have 10 stations in the next 10 years.
