Mechanic for Biogas Plant

For our facility in Pișchia (Timiș County), we are looking for a colleague to fill the position of Biogas Plant Mechanic

Requirements:

• High school diploma in mechanical engineering / equipment maintenance / electromechanics
• Experience in industrial maintenance (preferred) 
• Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ability to work as part of a team and attention to detail 
• Reliability and adherence to safety standards

Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance and repair work on mechanical equipment at the biogas plant (substrate, digestate, and recirculation transfer pumps; agitators in digesters and post-digesters; shredders, mixers, and biomass pretreatment equipment; blowers and fans for gas systems)
• Identifying and repairing malfunctions in pumps, motors, machinery, and mechanical systems 
• Performing periodic technical inspections and corrective maintenance 
• Ensuring the installation, disassembly, and adjustment of mechanical equipment 
• Checking the operation of machinery and monitoring its technical condition
• Lubricating, cleaning, and maintaining equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan 
• Preparing intervention reports and reporting malfunctions 
• Participating in planned shutdowns for general maintenance
